Every time I ask again, they give new excuses

I requested my withdrawals in March and we are now in May and I still have not received any payment. I have contacted support dozens of times by email and they always tell me the same thing: that the payment is being processed and that I will receive it soon. They have even given me specific payment dates several times, but those dates come and go and the money never arrives.

Every time I ask again, they give new excuses, usually saying that the finance department is very busy or that there are delays. After more than two months waiting, I honestly do not know if this is just incompetence or an outright scam.

The total amount they owe me is around €3,000, divided into three withdrawals. If after all this time I have not even received the first one, I cannot imagine how long the second and third payments will take. Extremely disappointing and worrying experience.

I deposited using crypto and I was told to withdraw using the same method. To my surprise there is no crypto withdrawal under withdrawal section. They told me that the technical support is working on it but it's been a month now and their statement still the same. I don't know how technical team took so long to fix this issue. So this is how Mrxbet Scam us they let us deposit but we fail to withdraw. Please Mrxbet.com do something. I need you to fix this withdrawal query.

Closed account and confiscated over €1,000 with no valid reason

Hello. I made an account with them early this year. I managed to make my 200€ deposit to around 1000€. I did not take any bonuses or violated their rules. On 13.2.2018 I made my first withdrawal of around 290€, they asked my documents to verify my account. I sent them and they were accepted, then after a couple of days I tried to log in to my account, but it was blocked. I sent an email to their support to ask what was the issue. They did not give me any exact answer. They said (and this was the last info from them): "We are actually processing to a verification of your account, the support will get back to us very soon and we'll be in touch with you as soon as we get more informations. Otherwise, please consider that we decided to close the account for some reasons". Especially the last sentence is quite ridiculous "we decided to close the account for some reasons". I find this a very rude and rogue behavior from an online casino. They have had their gaming license terminated from Kahnawake Gaming Commission on 20.9.2017 (this came to my attention as I tried to seek help from them) and I tried to ask, who their licensor is but no answer from them. Hopefully you could help me with this issue as +1000€ is a big money to be lost.

Unable to verify account as my emails keep being rejected

Hello, i have 2300 CAD on my account that i would like to withdraw. Mrxbet has asked me for my documents and verification and i have sent them an email with my drivers licenses, credit card, and proof of address. They asked me to print out a form and sign it and send it back to them. I have done so and i been trying to email them and they have just been rejecting my emails.
