Every time I ask again, they give new excuses

I requested my withdrawals in March and we are now in May and I still have not received any payment. I have contacted support dozens of times by email and they always tell me the same thing: that the payment is being processed and that I will receive it soon. They have even given me specific payment dates several times, but those dates come and go and the money never arrives.

Every time I ask again, they give new excuses, usually saying that the finance department is very busy or that there are delays. After more than two months waiting, I honestly do not know if this is just incompetence or an outright scam.

The total amount they owe me is around €3,000, divided into three withdrawals. If after all this time I have not even received the first one, I cannot imagine how long the second and third payments will take. Extremely disappointing and worrying experience.
