Withdrawal assist
I played with this casino last week, and submitted 2 substantial withdrawals that I am still awaiting receipt of. I submitted the withdrawals back last Wednesday the 3rd of March, to which I was advised 3 working days were needed before this could be processed. I was then sent an email on Monday the 8th of March asking for documentation to be uploaded for verification which I did on their site immediately. I was advised that 3 working days would be needed to process these Documents, however I have still not received confirmation that this has been done. I am becoming increasingly frustrated as obviously these withdrawals are rather large and would like receipt ASAP. I have been emailing them for updates etc however they are no longer responding to me (emails attached). Is there anything you guys can do to help please?
