Holding Withdrawal


I have been playing with monster casino for some time now. I have deposited huge amounts of money via both PayPal and trustly. I have also withdrawn via both PayPal and trustly. I'm fully verified with documentation like requested a while back now. The site have generally been very good to me tbh although I hear alot of bad reviews. Until this happened. I made 3 separate withdrawals two on 10/05/21 & one on 11/05/21. Altogether these added up to £1075. I was told to wait the 2-3 working days for them too be processed which I did. It has now been ten days and still not received my money. I have sent back and forth emails to the support team and they just tell me that the payment team have been contacted and rest assured when they have locked I will receive email. This has been happening for 5 days now. They had three days before weekend to look at it and it come to weekend and I emailed again they told me they don't work weekend so now I'm into day ten and still nothing all I keep hearing is rest assured it has been raised with relevant team. I should not be waiting this long for my money. Please can you help.

I have been on live chat again this morning and they can't tell me if my.transfer has been processed. They could confirm my balance is now £0 and not £1075.05.

On the email I received it says I could contact customer support to find out when this has been done. The answer I got was sorry I can't give you this information to avoid confusion you will have to wait to hear from management.

I never hear from them. All I want to know is my withdrawal has been sent.
