After weeks of waiting still have not received my withdrawal

I made a withdrawal at Monster casino on the 13th May 2021 and have still not received it. I contacted live chat twice to be told I would hear something via email shortly and I received and email requesting I upload documents on the 24th May 2021 which I did immediately. I waited another week and heard nothing so I emailed the casino and was told the issue was being dealt with and someone would be in touch. I waited another 2 weeks and had no reply so I emailed them again and now I'm not getting any reply from my email? Its now been over 4 weeks since I made the withdrawal, surely that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait?

I can now confirm I have received a payment of £350.52 from Monster casino today after waiting over 7 weeks. I'm not sure what the issue was as I have not received an explanation but I'm glad the case is now resolved and thank everyone for their help with this matter. I won't be rushing back to play on any Grace Media sites anytime soon as I feel their customer support was really difficult to deal with and I had to really pester and continually email them to acknowledge my issue.
