Money suddenly vanished from my Parasino Account

Last weekend I won EUR 100 at Parasino.com and made a withdraw. I noticed that I had not sent them my documents to verify my account so I did. It's been almost a week and nothing has been done, withdraw is still pending. Why is this so slow? I get NO response on their live chat which I entered several times. Every time after waiting (in vain) for six minutes I get an email option. Used that one time, no response. When will I receive my money Parasino? You are operating very customer unfriendly.

The following from Parasino casino FAQ: "Is there a way for me to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits? You are able to set Daily, Weekly or Monthly Deposit Limits. These can be set within your ‘My Account’ sub section ’Responsible Gaming-Deposit limit’. Limits can be amended at anytime in the same section." What is says when trying to set limit on my account: "You have not activated gambling limit. Please contact online support to assist activation." What happens when you try to contact live person; "Please come back in 30 minutes, we will have people who can do that for you then." Can't you just tell them to allow me to set limit on my account? "I can leave them a note" What happens when you try to contact live person regarding this issue for the next 3days: Total silence, can't reach anyone via live chat nor email. Also the note the live person promised to leave must have got lost since I'm still unable to set limit. This is clearly a scam. I have 400 euros on my balance atm and starting to think that I will never see that money. This can't be right, Why is this casino not blacklisted already? I have been playing with this accoutn for quite some tiem made success ful deposits withdrawals in the past, when i went to withdraw all of my funds to my ecopayz account the withdrawal request was accepted when i wen to check a few days later, my withdrawal request was reveresed and then i was locked out of my account for invalid attempts, told to try again in 15 mins then i tried next hr next day still get same message I am blocked out of my account. When i tried to reset my password message says I am blocked contact support. I have created several support tickets with no response, also unable to get hold of anybody in support chat or response via email or ticket system,

I wanted to withdrawal Money from my Parasino Account. I have tried it 3 times, all has been cancelled. The first withdrawal in January (29.01.2015) - was cancelled. Then i have sent my "Documents", without getting asked for and requested a new Withdrawal. Few days later, no response to my Documents, but withdrawal was cancelled again. Then (15.02.2015) i did a new withdrawal request of 261€ and i also reached someone at the Live-Chat after x-Tries, he told me, that they didn`t get any Documents, but i shall send """the Documents""" again, what i did - he confirmed, that the email arrived. Last week, i contacted the Live-Chat again, cause there was 1. no response to my email with documents and 2. withdrawal was still pending. He told me, that they will contact me, when they have processed my Verification. Today (29.02.2015) i saw, that my Withdrawal has been cancelled again and certainly, no response to my Email (with Documents) - no explaination why my withdrawal was cancelled. No response to any Email, to reach someone of them in Live-chat is like a lottery, they are cancelling withdrawals without any explanation. I can`t do more, than sending Documents and asking the Live-Chat-guys (if i get somebody), what is the Status again and again. But nothing has changed, unfortunately no reaction by them.

Parasino.com blocked my account for "too many login attempts". They don't have automatic password recovery procedure. Their system says that after 15 minutes my account will be acutomatically unlocked, but nothing happens! Their customer support don't respond for a MONTH! I won 1700 € euro by single bet then my withdrawal request was rejected. Later i learned that the reason of this rejection was an IP conflict(which seems happened 3 months before i won the mentioned bet) with another Parasino member. After going through all the rules listed on the Parasino web site(with the live support), Parasino responsibles gave up on this claim because the IP conflict rule was only related to bonuses claimed from promotions where in my scenario there were no active bonuses. They later tried claiming there was a problem with the regulation of the earned bonuses but they again gave up on this claim after i explained and proved that there were no active bonuses on account when i won that bet. Later they claimed the combination bet which i won 1700 Euros was same with another Parasino member! Later they said 4 of the 6 total matches were same other two matches included i the combination were different! They said this is an act of scamming! How come i am being accused of scamming because 4 matches(out of 6) included in my combination were used by another person? Current condition is that Parasino is not letting me withdraw my money still using above mentioned claims. Here i kindly request you to fairly evaluate my condition and then make my money available for withdrawal. I believe in that all betting people around the word supports me about this situation.

I have 1700€ pending withdraw in Parasino thats not getting processed. It stands pending for about 10 days now. I have send and get approved my documents. The live chat told me early last week that there was problem with neteller payouts, and that 2-3 more days was my expected waiting time for payment to be processed. But still i have not get my winnings and they dont answer a mail i sent them. The live chat its always online when im contacting them, but they never answer. What is the reason for this delaying, and why dont answer any attempt to make contact with them. I cant see any reason why im treated like this when i have done all documentation, and they give me answer the last time i was in touch with them that 2-3 days more and money will be processed.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to complain about sportsbook Parasino.com I opened account at 31/10/2014 and successfully verified my ID, provided necessary documents. Everything was ok, but I made a withdrawal request (that was not my first request) of 450 EUR to my Neteller account at 22/03/2015 and still didn't receive anything. I asked many times, but support desk told me that there is some kind of problem with Neteller and I had to wait. But from 29/03/04 their support desk is unavailable. I can't reach them by e-mail or online chat. Nobody answers. I want you to intervene and help me to withdraw my funds: 450 EUR (my withdrawal request) and 868.68 EUR (my current balance). I can provide you with all necessary screenshots of my account, our correspondence and my documentation.

Given me awful advice and lied to me. Only afterwards did I see on this website they did this to others before me and it's still un-resolved. I had £530 to withdraw. They told me to open a UKash account, withdraw to there and go to a cashpoint and get the money. I did this in good faith and UKash told me that as they'd been paid in Euros I couldn't use their cash withdrawal facility. I made it very clear to Parasino on the Live Chat I'm in the United Kingdom and was this an option and they said yes. I called them and this was told to me over the phone. I then spoke to Parasino who insisted UKash were "lying" and I could use their currency converter feature. They simply insisted UKash were wrong about thier own product! Anyway I then had to re-deposit the money back into my Pasrasino account via UKash deposits, and do a bank transfer. This will take 24 hours maximum to leave my betting account, and after that is with me in say 5/7 days. Bit of a pain but hey ho.. It's still sitting there as a "pending" withdrawal in my account on Parasino and nobody responds to me on the Live Chat and they have no phone number. It has been there for 5 days and counting now, despite me being told before I withdrew it that it would be sent within 24 hours maximum. This is also the time-scale stated elsewhere. What to do to get my money back and then never use them again? The standard of the English language used on the Live Chat is laughable (it has actual made me laugh out-loud at my work desk at times) and they are very unhelpful and somewhat un-intelligent. How do I get my money back now I'm at this point?
