Hi,
It has been three weeks since I made a withdrawal on 1.000 Euro from Prime Slots. No money recieved, and they consistently refuse to answer any of my emails.
If the casino was willing to answer my inquirys I believe this easily could have been solved in direct dialogue - but when they do not answer any emails, I kindly ask for your assistance to solve this.
Please see the attached screenshots from emails. My apologies for some of this being in Norwegian.

Having checked this further, PrimeSlots were migrated to the SkillOnNet platform after your withdrawal took place and as you did not log into your account after this, the full account data was not transferred.
I have checked all this as far back as I can go and see that your withdrawal was completed on 31/08/2016 and the full amount that was sent to you was 1077 EUR and the transaction was successful.
We are very sorry for any previous issues you experienced during this time.

Hi. Thank you for reopening the case. After this long time, I can not recall if the issue was ever solved. Look forward to hear from you if the money was transferred.
