I play in this casino since more than 6 months and i deposit a lot there, i won one time 1200€ and they proceed with my withdrawal within 10 minutes, i won since 5 days around 6500€ and till now the witdrawals still pending.
I contact the vip support many times and every day they told me that my withdrawal will be processed shortly.
I need my withdrawal now without any further delay.

It was mentioned before that the withdrawal limit is 4000 € per transaction and now i am really surprised that i can just 2000€ each 10 days,
My level in the casino is VIP, when i can get the balance 5500€ Balance of my withdrawals?

I receive just 2000€ from our withdrawals!!
I already yesterday lost 3500€ from my withdrawals which i played it again due to the big delays!!!
I have now the 2000€ and still pending!!
Theyare waiting me to play with it like the other 3500€!
The worst casino ever i played! They tried to delay the withdrawals as much as you play it and lost it again!!
I am waiting to get the second withdrawal after lossing the half of my withdrawals to close ghis account and never play again here!
