I tried to withdraw 3000 and my account was blocked

I found Mad Slots threw a promotion and deposited 60 pounds.

After a few hours of playing, I hit a nice win (£3000).

I tried withdrawing the money and they asked me for proof of identity which I gave. They then went on to ask me for proof of address which I also gave.

All of a sudden my account was blocked while still in contact via email. I have written to them I’d say 10 times since being blocked and they just tell me “ur query is with the relevant team and they are working tirelessly to get back to you they will write via email”.

Thankyou mad slots for getting back to me but I don’t see how your reply helped resolve my complaint in any way shape or form I am still out of pocket as I have not recieved my withdrawal and I’ve written too you guys a handful of times since the complaint was written and still nothing other than “ you enquiry is with the relevant team and will contact you via email when they’ve reached a conclusion
