Delay payment of £1600 pending in my account since Thursday

I have a payment withdrawal of £1600 pending in my account since Thursday. I had a withdrawal of £10 that was pending on Friday but this has been paid. I keep getting told it's with the relevant department but nothing else. My account is fully verified and all documents had been submitted and accepted before I started the session. I have full proof of this including screenshots.
