I‘ve been waiting more than 96 hours for my payment, first one was without bonus and second one was with bonus (20€ -> 3285€)
Unfortunately, the CS always tells me the same thing (look at the screenshots).
In their terms & conditions and customer support it is stated that withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours. My 2 withdrawal requests are now taking 4x more than that.

Upon conducting a comprehensive review of the account, we found evidence confirming that the deposit was made from an account belonging to another individual, which warrants the voiding of any associated winnings. Our decision was based on the violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically related to the use of funds originating from another person's bank account and lack of cooperation in providing a confirmation proof. Note that the 3pps deposit that brought the winnings has been refunded to the original owner.
