Having received an email with a good bonus at 8pm my time, at around 8.25pm I headed over to Luck Dreams to make a deposit and claim the bonus. However, almost immediately I sent bitcoin, the site went down for maintenance. Concerned that the deposit could now become lost, I came back every 15 minutes or so. My worst fears were realized. No deposit. The chat person said there was no deposit recorded on my account. I then sent a screenshot from my btc wallet and a screenshot of the deposit wallet so that it could be identified that it had been sent, and to the correct address. I was then asked for the txid. I went to blockchain.com and there found a txid, which showed 5 confirmations.
I was then asked for the address it had been withdrawn from. By now it was 10.10pm, and having bee up since 5am, I needed to get some sleep. It was becoming ridiculous. however, I asked the chat person did they want the address that I receive bitcoin into. No answer. I then decided to give it up and give up Lucky Dreams as well. It is now 7.20am the following morning. No deposit in my account. I have attached the screenshots which were sent to LD.
