I withdraw 28K USD, Lucky Dreams said they processed the amount on 3 payments on 25th and 28th of Feb and 1 March via bank transfers, they informed me it takes up to 5 working days as per my chat with my account manager. Screenshot shared. They told me if I didn’t receive the money by the 5th working day they will provide payment confirmation and necessary details.
Today is the 6th day, didn’t receive anything and Lucky Dreams Casino Support is telling me it takes up to 10 days!
I requested payment confirmation multiple times but also didn’t get anything.
