31.01 my withdrawl request was aproved . 02.02 since i didnt get my winning i ask live support about it . They say that i need to make deposit since i dont have any in last 2 months . My account was verifed from a long time , funny they dont inform me about that needed deposit , if must ask them myself . So i made deposit and inform live chat about that . Is about 48h after my deposit and APROVED withdrawl is still not procced . Day after day live chat say nothing about that . I feel like they cheat me to get my deposit . I have live chat transscript if needed .

The AskGamblers Complaint Service is a turn-based process. Each side involved into the complaint process has 96 hours on its disposal to respond to the complaint. Of course, both sides as well as AskGamblers Complaints Team could respond to the complaint at any given time regardless of the current turn order. However, the clock time is being reset only after the side, whose turn to respond has done that.

Both parties (player and casino representative) involved in the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service could request their complaint case to be reopened up to two times.

AskGamblers Complaints Team duly informed in the post from the 19th February, that the case had been reopened as per casino's request.

Player requested the withdrawal of 118 euros, but since these were winnings from Free Spins the amount was limited to €25 as per aforementioned 1.2 Free bonuses rule. The winnings were paid by the casino and therefore AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the case as Resolved and officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for b-Bets Casino.

Can i ask something . How this works i make complain and it need to be check 48h before even it will be showed . Both sides have 96 h to respond . B-bets didnt respond in time and you close this as unresolved . Now after many days you open it again and this time i got 96h to respond. Big diffrence is when i dont you will make this resoled as you help me or i got my money . Thanks now know which side are you .

I have overlooked your account and found that you indeed requested a withdraw of €118, as these were winnings from Free Spins the amount is limited to €25.

My withdrawals was declined from 180 to 50e with two different bonuses

I deposited 50€ and wagered 2000€, and was withdrawing 140.80€, when I got a free 5€ bonus. With this 5€, I won 41,12€ after wager. Since my previous withdrawal was pending, I wasn't allowed to do another, so I decided to cancel the previous one and withdraw altogether, as my KYC was still pending.

Now that everything is clear, they state that I can withdraw max 10x bonus, which is 50€, even though clearly 140.8 were won from a 50€ deposit bonus.

What a joke.

They are delaying everything

I won amount of 1400€ over a week ago. I did a withdrawal and they asked same day my bank statement. I delivered it instantly in same day. In a 7 days they havent answered my questions about the situation of my withdrawal. They dont answer my emails or anything.

Even the kyc things arent working on their site. You cant send them files they want to kyc. You can send them only with email. I sent them over a week ago, and they said that they got it and are working on it but after that they wasnt answering anymore. Last message was sent for me 5 days ago, and they said that they wil give me some updates next day, but still nothing. I send them questions every day but they just dont answer.

Hi.

I would like to report an online casino called b-bets ( https://mobile.b-bets.com/fi/login ).

They have not paid me €1600 in withdrawals despite their promises(b-bets_a64ca73b-5e14-4629-94bb-f1875881ac9e), and they are not even answering me anymore.

In the screenshots of the messages, you can see how they claim that the withdrawals were sent from them weeks ago, but nothing shows up in my account. Only the first installment (€800) has come to me, but they have not paid the remaining €1600.

The dates are visible in the screenshots. In the latest email, there is a screenshot of Finnish text, which has been translated back into English with Google Translate, because I could not translate it to its original form. It is also interesting that at first they said that the withdrawal due on the second day of the month had already been sent, and when I asked about it again 1-2 days later, they said that the withdrawal is still being checked. Will I ever get my money (€1600) from them?

Closed my account and stole my winning

I played at b-bets casino, I was lucky to win 5800 euros. I ordered payment for 5000 euros and waited about two weeks, a few days ago I found out that my account is blocked and my winnings confiscated. I played only slot games, I did not violate the rules of the casino, I believe that the casino blocked my account for no reason. Delay of the 550 EUR withdrawal by b-Bets

I have played at B-bets Casino. and deposited a total of 3000€. I made many bets and then I decided to withdraw my money.

I got my account verified a long time ago and I successfully withdrew 450€. After this, I requested a €550 withdrawal more than a month ago, but my withdrawal has still not been processed. Naturally, I cannot make new requests.

Hello, I’m writing this complaint because I had enough of this casino payment system.
