The AskGamblers Complaint Service is a turn-based process. Each side involved into the complaint process has 96 hours on its disposal to respond to the complaint. Of course, both sides as well as AskGamblers Complaints Team could respond to the complaint at any given time regardless of the current turn order. However, the clock time is being reset only after the side, whose turn to respond has done that.
Both parties (player and casino representative) involved in the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service could request their complaint case to be reopened up to two times.
AskGamblers Complaints Team duly informed in the post from the 19th February, that the case had been reopened as per casino's request.
Player requested the withdrawal of 118 euros, but since these were winnings from Free Spins the amount was limited to €25 as per aforementioned 1.2 Free bonuses rule. The winnings were paid by the casino and therefore AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the case as Resolved and officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for b-Bets Casino.

I have overlooked your account and found that you indeed requested a withdraw of €118, as these were winnings from Free Spins the amount is limited to €25.
In order for a players account to be eligible for withdraw a deposit must have been made to the account within the last 3 months. This is part of our Anti Money Laundering policy and, together with the maximum withdraw amounts from free spins, can be found in the Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Terms.
