Delayed payment 2522 czk
I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at Lolajack.
On 27 May 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 2,522 CZK (approx. €100) to the payment details registered on my account, and I received confirmation that the request would shortly be processed by your finance department. A week later the withdrawal is still pending. I have received no payment, no specific explanation, and no estimated processing time.
The 2,522 CZK is my own balance on a fully verified account that meets all withdrawal requirements. A delay of this length with no meaningful communication is not acceptable.
I am asking Lolajack to process and release my 2,522 CZK withdrawal without further delay, or to provide a clear and specific reason for the hold. I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in bringing this to a prompt resolution.
