Dear ASKGAMBLERS,

I would like to file a complaint and ask for assistance regarding the casino lolajack.com. I registered, made a deposit, and actually managed to win. I deposited via Revolut and requested my winnings be paid out to the same account. This happened six days ago. Since then, my withdrawal request has remained under review. I have spoken to the live chat support on the site multiple times every day, always with a different person. They just keep stalling and making empty promises; it has become truly outrageous. I respectfully ask for your help if possible.

Withdraw delayed

I submitted a cryptocurrency withdrawal request last Thursday. The official 72-business-hour processing window has completely expired. The casino support has repeatedly confirmed on live chat that my profile verification and turnover (CO) requirements are 100% complete and approved. Furthermore, the management sent me an official email today explicitly apologizing for the delay and promising "high priority" processing. Despite this, the funds are still withheld. I am attaching screenshots of the live chat admissions and the official management email proving they have acknowledged the delay but refuse to process the payment.

My Winnings

I won around 19000 gbp not from bonuses from money I put in myself, I have been told to wait so I did, after 5 days they asked me verify my payments again, they asked verify my account I did all this, after they just cancelled my withdrawal, my accounts are fully verified, I have put 3 more requests in for 1250 gbp each totalling 3750 gbp. The website stated 3 days and I am on day 7 again now and nothing; still being told to wait a little longer and I am priority, but I have been told this every day.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at Lolajack.

On 27 May 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 2,522 CZK (approx. €100) to the payment details registered on my account, and I received confirmation that the request would shortly be processed by your finance department. A week later the withdrawal is still pending. I have received no payment, no specific explanation, and no estimated processing time.

The 2,522 CZK is my own balance on a fully verified account that meets all withdrawal requirements. A delay of this length with no meaningful communication is not acceptable.

I am asking Lolajack to process and release my 2,522 CZK withdrawal without further delay, or to provide a clear and specific reason for the hold. I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in bringing this to a prompt resolution.
