Hello
I sent my KYC verification documents to Locowin at 28th of October. Id authentication and proof of address got verified within the hour. Source of wealth has been pending since that day and I did receive a Mail that they had received my documents so that's not a problem.
However now its been like 11 days whit no feedback or anything. I have been asking live chat and sent the support Mails regarding this matter but they only tell me they Will ”probably” process it soon.
First it was whitin 48 hours then they change it to 1-5 buisness days. They had more then enough time to verify my documents or give me feedback on the matter.
Don't really know how to get any answers from the casino.
