Delayed withdrawals of my 12500EUR

I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving an issue with Locowin Casino, as I have experienced an unjustified delay in receiving a withdrawal I requested on 01/03/2025.
My account at Locowin has been verified since 28/02/2025, and I have fully complied with all the requirements outlined in their terms and conditions. According to their policy, withdrawals should be approved within 48 hours and then sent to the bank account according to the selected payment method. However, as of today (05/03/2025), more than four days have passed without receiving the funds or any notification regarding the status of the withdrawal.
I have checked my account, and there have been no updates or official communication explaining the delay in the transaction. Additionally, Locowin Casino has not informed me of any potential issues affecting the processing of my withdrawal.
Given that their policy states that players will be notified if a withdrawal takes more than 10 days and considering that several days have already passed without a response, I believe this situation requires intervention to ensure fair treatment.
