Hello

I played at Lococasino and now my account has simply been blocked. I played at Lococasino with a bonus. After playing for a while, I wanted to check how much of the wagering requirements I had already fulfilled. I then saw that the turnover had not been credited in full. I then checked the bonus conditions again. The games were all valid. So I contacted support via chat and explained my problem. I had wagered around €2600 to date. The chat forwarded the problem. A few days later I logged in and the turnover was actually adjusted. A few days later I wanted to play again and fulfill the wagering requirements. So I tried to wager the remaining €1000. After I had made enough spins, I wanted to see if the wagering was done. I realized again that the turnover did not match. So I wrote to support again. They simply did not respond to any problems and ended the chat without further ado. Since then, my account has simply been blocked. I took screenshots of everything as a precaution so that I can prove everything. I should have a profit of about 800€. And now my account is closed
