Locowin delayed payment of 620 euro

Hi!

To start with:


Never had any problem with this casino, I've been fully verified for a long. Cashed out many times without any problems. Until suddenly now...

I deposited 100 Euro 2021-08-26 15:51:43 & managed to win a little. First, it was an 820 Euro cashout then decided to play a little bit more & finally requested a cashout of total 400 euro 2021-08-27 16:18:12.

The day after I received a cashdrop & followed all their terms for it & managed to request another withdrawal of 250 euro(5x the drop amount).


I did not break Terms or anything, my KYC was sent in 2021-06-10 and was successfully validated & confirmed.

(I was required back in June to send in SOW, to cash out some winnings. Which I have received and all the KYC was fully verified)


And now all of a sudden some chat operators tell me that I'm not verified. Can you really "unverified" a person that's been playing for so long??

And some says I'm fully verified.


I've deposited and withdrawn many times since June, but it feels like I won from their cashdrop they are delaying this on purpose.

I asked in chat on Friday, and they told me I was fully verified. Then I asked yesterday and another chat operator said I was not verified yet.

From today it's gone 10 days since I requested my withdrawal and I haven't received any information why they are delaying this. It's different stories all the time.


From today they have breached their own terms:

4.9. The time for the withdrawal to be finalized may vary due to circumstances but a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within 2 days. A player shall be informed about reasons for any delay if the time for the money to arrive at the players account exceeds 10 days.


My withdrawals have neither been approved nor denied, it just says "in progress". They haven't required any further stuff from me or asked me for anything.

They are just ignoring me, kinda feels like.

Starting to get very stressful for me. I would love some help in this matter.

In the future! try to handle stuff like this more quick. It's the most important thing according to many players that casinos can handle withdrawals & verification procedures very quick.

Then you'll avoid complaints like this. Many complaints like this will scare players away. I did not want to harm your brand at all. This complaint was only created beacause of the lack of information you gave me, and the time it took for everything..

Got a mail telling my account is verified now. Though the initial problem was of delayed payments.

I havn't recieved them yet.

Sorry but im not buying that. If you google locowin, this is a common answer from you guys. I have friends that played here, and their withdrawals have been processed ~ 10 days + before mine, Including SOW verification.

Mine is still "in progress" after 15 days now

not to mention that I did a sow 2-3 months ago at your casino, it took ONE day. .

Also this seems to be a pretty regular issue with you guys which i've heard from certified ADR's.

This is something in my opinion you need to improve. It is not ok to wait such a long time that i've been waiting.

1. it is impossible to get an answer or any update by mailing you.
2. your chat can't tell me anything. In some cases they tell me to mail the revelant department. but they never answer.

I don't know what you have against me. I've been nothing but fair.

Of course ill get a bit upset when a casino i trust, suddenly act strange & in my opinion delays the most important thing of a trustworthy casino.

15 days is not normal at all. I don't think that i've played at any casinos that can't handle this in 1-2 days maximum.

Your chat have told me many times to priortize my case. I'm sorry to say that i'm having a hard time in beliving that.

And @askgamblers. The amount is 650 not 620 euro.

So all in all, after 15 days im still waiting for my withdrawals.
What they told me here now, is what they have said for like 10 days.

I rather not upload public documents here. I want it to be FAIR and solved without doing so. But i need a more detailed answer & something to happen after all this time.

My next answer will include all history, documents, chat that ive saved during this waiting time.

The withdrawal has not been received

Day 1: I made a deposit and won some money, then requested a withdrawal.


Day 2: I received an email saying that I had to verify my identity, so I sent in all the documents they required.


Day 3: My account is fully verified.


Day 4: My withdrawal was approved according to an email sent at 03:11:33. I will attach files showing this.

Later that day, I checked my bank account and no amount of €200 had been received. I did receive another SEPA withdrawal from another casino that same day, which was approved around the same time as this one. Not the same amount as this one ofc.


Day 5: I checked my bank again and still no money. It has never taken this long before, and I have made hundreds of SEPA withdrawals over the past 10+ years.

So I logged into my Locowin account, and there it says that my €200.00 withdrawal is cancelled on my transaction page. I contacted live chat to ask what was going on with my withdrawal.

At first, they told me that my withdrawal was cancelled at 2025-12-22 03:11, which is the exact time my withdrawal was approved according to the email.

I then sent them a screenshot of that email, and after that the agent told me she was wrong and that the withdrawal was approved, not cancelled — probably because she saw that it was marked as cancelled in my transaction history.


Day 6: Live chat told me to wait and that I would receive the money. They also said that if I had not received it within 7 days, they would start an investigation. However, they did not start one and just kept telling me to wait more days.


Day 12 (Today): I still have not received any money in my bank account. While searching online, I found a case very similar to mine on AskGamblers that also involves Locowin and was resolved. I am pretty sure this is the exact issue I am experiencing right now, as the withdrawal cannot be fully approved when it is shown as cancelled in my transaction history.


I have made withdrawls from this site and it's sister sites before without any problem, so i really hope this issue can be solved with help from askgamblers as i can't do anything about it myself.

Delayed Withdrawals at Locowin Casino 15500EUR

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting a new complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Locowin Casino, as I am once again facing unexplained delays in receiving my funds.

On 12/03/2025, I requested the following withdrawals:

• ID: 12803987 – €5,000 (Requested at 04:30)

• ID: 12804020 – €5,000 (Requested at 04:32)

• ID: 12804035 – €2,500 (Requested at 04:34)

Violation of Locowin Casino’s Terms

According to Locowin Casino’s terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 48 hours after the request. My account is fully verified, and I have met all necessary requirements.

However, my withdrawals remain stuck in pending status beyond the expected timeframe. When I contact support, I only receive generic automated responses stating that my withdrawal is under “additional checks” with no explanation or estimated timeframe:

“Due to our own due diligence, we need to carry out additional checks on your withdrawal request. This may extend the validation process by a few days. Rest assured that once these checks are completed, you will receive an email notification from the relevant department.”

Request for Resolution

This lack of transparency and extended delays go against the casino’s stated policies. I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in escalating this matter to ensure that Locowin Casino honors its withdrawal terms and processes my payments as soon as possible.
