KYC verification and withdrawal issue
Hello.
I've never had any problems with Locowin. They have a great choice of games, fast payouts, and so on.
But as they asked for the KYC verification the trouble began. I sent the documents on September 29. Days later, on October 8 I tried to withdraw 400 EUR. Nothing happened - I'm used to waiting 2 days maximum for them to process my verification what's absolutely acceptable.
In the live chat the operator said there are many withdrawal requests what takes a lot of time I should wait and she will inform the cashier to speed up the process. Was asking if my verification is correct because I never got an email response from them. Everything's fine was her answer. That was on October 12. Meanwhile, I was canceling my withdrawal to play a little bit more, had a good run, and made a greater withdrawal.
Still no reaction from them. Now in the chat (October 14), she told me I'm not verified that's why the withdrawal can't be processed. I was asking what they've done with my KYC documents in the last 2,5 weeks. She got no idea but she will inform the financial department to speed up the process.
On October 16 I asked the live chat again what's wrong and I got the same answer as on October 14.
I'm still waiting and feel absolutely fooled by Locowin. Since my emails and chats seem to be absolutely useless I'm kindly asking you for your support.
So, in summary, my verification documents are sent on September 29 and I'm waiting for my withdrawal of meanwhile 920 EUR.
