Last Friday I won 95 euro on a 20 euro bonus buy on Fruit party. I did not get the win added to my balance.
I have contacted live support and I have sent multiple emails with screenshots.
Not once have I got any reply regarding the case. This need to be resolved, never ever happened before. Even tried to reach out to pragmatic but no one reply.
