Deposit problems
Hello dear Supporter from Askgamblers,
I've deposited 45€ on the 01.11.2021 and till today 09.11.2021 the money is not on my Locowin Account. I send 2 emails from the 04.11.2021 to the 08.11.2021 via the "send us an E-Mail" from their Site. I still don't have any answers from Locowin regarding this problem and I included a screenshot of the proof of Payment in my E-mails and also in the Live Chat which told me 3 days ago that the Payment Department will contact me Via E-mail.
I have been playing on Locowin now for around 2 years and at the beginning never had an issue and always liked the Casino.
In the Year 2021 I have had way too many issues with deposits or their bonus promotions (missing freespins on Book of Shadows from the promotion in the Week of Halloween, missing freespins on Arcane Reel Chaos for my level up and now a deposit that just vanished) with no answers from Locowins support team...
I would kindly appreciate it, if you could Contact Locowin for me and make them answer my E-Mails.
If something is needed (Proof of Payment or something else) I would love to provide you with everything needed to help me either get the Money on my Locowin Account or back to my bank account.
