Delaying withdrawals. Submitted the KYC on 12th of January. Did a withdrawal on the 17th of January. Now I won €50 from freespins and they register proof of identification that I already have giving them last year. Won an additional €30 from other freespins. So total €80 is delayed from 2022-03-01. I've been verified before and made withdrawals and now they won't even answer on email or livechat.
