I would like to address a complaint hoping that you can help to resolve it.
I have withdrawals pending summing up to 9000€ in this casino. I uploaded the required KYC documents and am waiting for about a week now.
Questions via live-support about this case are not answered sufficiently or I get answers which are very irritating. The whole situation concerns me which s bad because I have an overall good impression about the casino site and I would like to continue playing there.
It would be very nice if you could help me with that issue.
