After risking over 4,000 EUR, I won 5,000 EUR and requested a withdrawal.
A week has passed, and I am still waiting.
The support team says they are verifying something, and the process could take weeks.
This has become a big issue and is affecting me.
Now I can't withdraw the money, and waiting I don't know what.
