So I got a bit luck on free spins on Locowin and decided to cash out, It ends up being two cashouts which wasn't connected two on and each others free spins it was different ones, one 50€ cashout and on 30€ cashout, This was 2021-07-12, I know people have waited for things like this for months but that's why I’m writing here, because what's taking so long? I didn’t break Terms or anything, and my KYC was sent in 2021-06-28 and is still not answered?! How can it be so hard to analyze proof of address? I’ve contacted the casino but they haven't answered me of of course and that's why I’m reaching out here because I don’t want this to be 5months of non respondent casino trying to make me forget my withdrawal.
