I won 4000 nok at locowin casino. I made a withdrawal, and then they told that I had played a slot that was on their list of illegal games to play with bonus money. I know with 100% certainty that I have not done this, as I check all the slots I play against their "banned" list before I play them. I have asked them if they can give me information about which slot this is and the date/time.
But they haven't given me that. Have asked on chat and email.
Looking for help with this problem as I know I haven't done anything wrong here.
