Waiting since 8 days for a confirmed withdrawal. Nver get an answer from the financial department asking for a proof of the transaction. at first they told me it will last maximum 3 days. yesterday the told me that i will receive it latest today. due my bank there is no ongoing transaction onto my account from gammix. So contacted again livesupport and they told me that financial department didnt answer.
so again have to wait and asking for the proof of the transaction just received again a confirmation email for the withdrawal.
never get an answer without asking 5 or 6 times per day.

I can see that you have been in frequent contact with our support agents who have informed you on the status of the transaction, our financial department have confirmed that the transaction was sent successfully. Keep in mind that a wire transfer transaction can take up to 5 business days for the receiving bank to complete.
In the case that you have still not received the funds after 5 business days, please provide a fresh bank statement from the bank account in question to support@hd.locowin.com for further investigation by our financial department.
