Hello, i was banned on 29/12/2020 and got an email that said i need to provide them with 2 types of documents. I did that the same day. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks and have been asking them almost everyday why its taking so much time, but almost everytime get the same answer
"the verification of your documents is in progress, we will get back to you as soon as your documents get verified."
Should it realy take 2 weeks?
