Delayed withdrawals for many days

Hello, I have made 3 withdrawals as they have a daily limit of NOK 5,000. The oldest withdrawal was made on 16/05, but this has still not been processed. It is clearly stated in their terms that all withdrawals must be processed within 1-3 days. Something that they haven't kept here. I want help to get clarity on what is happening with my withdrawals.

Withdrawal pending for a week

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal of ZAR 974 (approximately €52.33) from Kingmaker Casino.

I requested the withdrawal on Friday, 21 August 2026, using USDC on the Ethereum network. Kingmaker Casino’s Terms and Conditions state that withdrawals are processed within three business days. Wednesday, 26 August, was therefore the final business day within the stated timeframe.

Throughout yesterday, I contacted customer support several times because three business days had passed and I wanted to make sure there would be no unnecessary delay. Despite these enquiries, the withdrawal was not processed.

Today, I contacted support again. The agent just gave me generic information, the same information I had gotten, word for word, yesterday. The agents don't care about this matter and they are just giving copied and pasted messages. They also add messages saying "there has not been a response" from me and immediately end the chats while I am even typing. This is done on purpose, and I find the lack of concrete information unacceptable.

Regarding verification, Kingmaker's process is that players only have to submit verification documents if the casino specifically requests them; verification is not necessarily required before requesting a withdrawal. I have not been told that my withdrawal is being delayed because I failed to provide any requested verification documents. Futhermore, I have successfully withdrawn from them before.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to intervene and request that Kingmaker Casino process and release my ZAR 974 (approx €52.33) withdrawal immediately.

I am happy to provide screenshots of my withdrawal request, and the support conversations with thise agents from yesterday and today.

I am not asking for anything beyond the withdrawal being processed in accordance with the casino's own published Terms and Conditions.

Complaint Regarding Delayed Withdrawal at Kingmaker Casino

On 22 July 2026, I submitted a €300 withdrawal request at Kingmaker Casino using Zimpler, which was the same payment method I had used to make my deposit.

On 26 July 2026, my first withdrawal request was cancelled without any explanation. After the cancellation, I noticed that Zimpler was no longer available as a withdrawal method, so I had no choice but to submit a new withdrawal request via bank transfer on the same day.

Despite this, my new withdrawal request has still not been processed.

I have contacted both customer support and my assigned VIP Manager several times to ask for the reason for the delay. Each time, I have only received vague responses and have simply been told to wait. No one has explained why my first withdrawal was cancelled, why my current withdrawal has not been processed, or when I can realistically expect to receive my funds.

My account does not require identity verification, and I have not been asked to provide any additional documents. I am also a VIP player, so I expected my withdrawal to be processed within the timeframes stated by the casino.

I find it very concerning that my first withdrawal request was cancelled without any explanation and that my new withdrawal request has also remained unprocessed. The repeated vague responses, without any clear explanation, raise concerns that withdrawals may be intentionally delayed without a legitimate reason.

I respectfully request that Kingmaker Casino process my withdrawal without further delay or provide a clear written explanation of what is preventing my withdrawal from being processed and when I can realistically expect to receive my funds.

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly without the need for any further action.

Good day!

I requested a payout on May 18th, but nothing has happened since then.

Both support and chat give the same template text, even though I've been inquiring since Wednesday or Thursday.

They tell me to wait, but support doesn't really respond anymore.

I see that as long as you have to pay, you're fine, but they don't want to pay anymore.

According to the general terms and conditions and the chat, the payout would take 3 business days.

Breach of self exclusion and rejected partial refund offer 1000 EUR

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting a new complaint against Kingmaker Casino regarding a severe breach of responsible gambling and self-exclusion policies.

My previous complaint was rejected due to a technical issue with email attachments, which I am now uploading directly to this form.

In 2025, I requested a permanent self-exclusion from Kingmaker Casino due to gambling problems. Despite this explicit request, the operator failed to close my access, continued unauthorized marketing, and allowed me to make 13 separate deposits totaling exactly 1,000 EUR.

Yesterday (May 14, 2026), Kingmaker Casino's support (Salvo) contacted me via email and formally offered a partial refund of 500 EUR as a "gesture of goodwill". I have rejected this partial offer, as the operator is fully liable for the entire 1,000 EUR deposited after my self-exclusion request.

I am now uploading all irrefutable evidence directly to this form:

1. The original 2025 self-exclusion email (with English translation).

2. Official bank receipts for all 13 deposits made after the exclusion request.

3. The email from Kingmaker offering the 500 EUR partial refund.

I request a full refund of 1,000 EUR.

Each and every time delays the payment hides under different excuses

Firstly of all thanks to AskGamblers team mediate other two complaints again I am facing same issues my first withdrawal was initiated on 6 April 2026 still 3 withdrawal pending amount 1500 euro not a single processed kindly . Kingmaker team don’t process my withdrawal ontime I request them and also Askgambler team please request them and make sure all future withdrawal process ontime . I don’t feel good to write here again and again also kingmaker reputation and rating at stake . So please proceed my all withdrawal ontime . Kingmaker problem

Hello!

I'd like to file a complaint against Kingmaker Casino. On March 14th, after meeting all the requirements for the bonus I received from the casino, including the required wagering requirements, and all its requirements regarding stake limits, I managed to win and accumulate 7,000 PLN.

I immediately requested a withdrawal. Since I have a withdrawal limit of 2,000 PLN, I made three withdrawals in total:

-on March 14th, 15th, and 16th, each for 2,000 PLN. To date, 20 days after requesting the withdrawal, I haven't received any funds.

The staff uses pre-made formulas in the chat to reassure me that everything is fine. They don't provide a specific reason for the delays, nor do they provide any specific details. Unfortunately, days pass, and nothing changes. Contacting support doesn't help either.

The account is, of course, verified; this information is also available in the account/verification tab on the casino website. I'm asking for your help.

As proof of what I'm writing, I have added a screenshots of my requested withdrawals, confirmation of my account verification, and an email from Kingmaker support to this message.

Every time delayed the payments even account is fully verified

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the Kingmakers payment system. Why is it not automated after the completion of the given timeframe? The delay in processing cases appears unjustified and artificial and does not even explain the solid reason

System is being used to artificially delay payments, rather than resolve them efficiently. This raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of your process.

Additionally, I have observed that many matters are being resolved through AskGamblers platform instead of your internal system, which further questions the effectiveness of your support.I am writing again here to resolve my issues

Most importantly, I am still waiting for my first withdrawal, even though my account has already been approved and the stated timeframe has passed. This delay is unacceptable. All withdrawals are mentioned below.

Delayed Payments and disabled my live chat

In the beginning all was good they was replying and helping but few days back after winning they changed
