Stalling account verification and €507 withdrawal


I submitted all required documents for my account verification on Tuesday 15th October. On the same day I requested a withdrawal of 507 €. Since then the casino is being unresponsive. Live chat is available during the day, however they have no authority in regards to verification or withdrawal status and therefore totally useless. I sent an Email on the 18th and a message via their inbuilt hompage message system without getting any reply until today.

I am starting to doubt that this casino is legit.

Maybe they start communicating once my complaint is published.
