I didnt receive the payment of 590Euros

deposit 45e on 2020-02-09, I received a 100% bonus, a day later I did withdraw 590e, Ecopayz deposit method which I used, apparently on 2020-02-19 20:33:28 my withdraw is processed, but unfortunately I do not receive money on Ecopayz, today is 3 march and I don't have any funds on my Jokerino account and no funds on Ecopayz, where my money is lost ? because it looks like Jokerino processed my withdraw but she got stuck and it doesn't get to my account.
it is not true that they process withdraw 12h.
