Delayed €2,200 Payments

My account at Jokerino was verified monday 16th marts, and I received my first withdraw wednesday the 18th. without any problems.
I requested another withdraw to my bank account on 1200€, and received an email friday 20th saying:
"Withdraw accepted - Dear User, we are happy to confirm that your withdrawal was accepted.
Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to 2-3 Business days until you receive it.
Yours"
So the money was withdrawn from my account, and I was sure that I would receive them monday or tuesday.
When my withdraw was accepted, I could deposit again, and i made a deposit through Skrill, and won another 1000€, which I requsted a withdraw on.
Since I received the confimation last Friday, I have not heard from anyone except the live chat supporter, who are always saying the same thing like "I am sorry, but I am only a technical support, I do not handle withdraws.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your withdraw is ready. "
When I'm trying to contact the office by email, they have still not answered me back.
So: I have an accepted 1200€ withdraw, from more than a week ago, but I didn't received the money yet, and then I have a 1000€ pending withdraw = 2200€ overall
I really hope that we can solve this problem.
