Jokerino not pay

I have been waiting for my payment of 500.00 EUR for a month.
I have also written to the live chat many times and there I always get the same answer, wait, please be patient and have been for a month.

I was told by a member of staff in the live chat that the payouts should be ready at the beginning of the week, I have not received anything and am still waiting for it.

From 20/04/2020 which i won 374.59 euros(you can see it in my attachments) i wait for sending me my withdrawal ! I asked almost every day these 8 days(20-04-2020 until 28/04/2020- check my attachments) that passed and i got the same answer that they hope that i will get my winnings soon ,also that they are only technical support and they dont handle withdrawals or that will forward my request to office and relevant departement (check my attachments chat respondes ) ! Promises that neverer happened and i am still waiting my payment and my account to be verified ! Also one of their employees when i asked what happened with my withdrawal they answered what payment so this make me to understand that this casino is not serious ! Moreover i cant see nowhere in their site if my withdrawal is still pending anymore so i was lucky i made a quick screenshot when i made my withdrawal ! I just want my winnings please !

Hello, I requested withdrawal of 700e via e-wallet Ecopayz and added all documents in profile 3 days ago. After few hours i saw that my withdrawal request is processed so I though that the funds are in my e-wallet but they dont. I asked on chat and send e-mail whats going on and also I asked about my verification it is okay or not but e-mail not answered, chat cant help at all so I wait till today (48h verification + 24h for withdrawal to e-wallet) but nothing happens. Here are screenshoots with withdrawal request and few words with chat and another screenshoot 1 day later (wednesday 22/04 with no pending withdrawal like "processed"). So finally i am waiting 3 days and I know nothing, even I dont know I am verified or no thats why maybe my complaint and Askgamblers team will help me to know something about that situation. Thank you

My account at Jokerino was verified monday 16th marts, and I received my first withdraw wednesday the 18th. without any problems.

I requested another withdraw to my bank account on 1200€, and received an email friday 20th saying:

"Withdraw accepted - Dear User, we are happy to confirm that your withdrawal was accepted.
Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to 2-3 Business days until you receive it.
Yours"

So the money was withdrawn from my account, and I was sure that I would receive them monday or tuesday.

When my withdraw was accepted, I could deposit again, and i made a deposit through Skrill, and won another 1000€, which I requsted a withdraw on.

Since I received the confimation last Friday, I have not heard from anyone except the live chat supporter, who are always saying the same thing like "I am sorry, but I am only a technical support, I do not handle withdraws.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your withdraw is ready. "

When I'm trying to contact the office by email, they have still not answered me back.

So: I have an accepted 1200€ withdraw, from more than a week ago, but I didn't received the money yet, and then I have a 1000€ pending withdraw = 2200€ overall

I really hope that we can solve this problem.

I have verified account in Jokerino Casino. Made many deposits via Skrill and recieved payouts from them. 03.03.2020 reuested 823 eur withdrawal via Skrill and still have not recieved my money. Withdrawal request still pending in my account section. E-mails are without answer and live chat can't help with payouts timeframe. Need your help. Thanks.

hello Ask gamblers, I am from Austria, I have a Jokerino casino account a few months, I made many Neteller deposits, my account was verified some time ago, my last deposit was 16.02, then I ordered withdraw 18.02 amount: 370e, I have done many withdrawals, my last withdraw has not been processed since 19 February, with the Casino support there is no contact, live chat knows nothing about withdraws.

deposit 45e on 2020-02-09, I received a 100% bonus, a day later I did withdraw 590e, Ecopayz deposit method which I used, apparently on 2020-02-19 20:33:28 my withdraw is processed, but unfortunately I do not receive money on Ecopayz, today is 3 march and I don't have any funds on my Jokerino account and no funds on Ecopayz, where my money is lost ? because it looks like Jokerino processed my withdraw but she got stuck and it doesn't get to my account.
it is not true that they process withdraw 12h.

hi askgamblers, read on the askgamblers website that withdraw on e-wallets is within 24 hours at the Jokerino Casino, I made a 3x deposit at Jokerino via Skrill, I did all the wagering requirements and ordered withdraw money on 3 February, sent documents for verification on January 20, I did not receive any confirmation of my account verification, would like to contact support regarding my account verification and withdraw but it is difficult if they do not respond to the email.

Please support JokerIno to reply to my email regarding verification.

Hello! I've requested 1731 eur withdrawal via Skrill 20 January (8 days ago) and still have not recieved my money. On their website said about 24 hours EWallets withdrawal time. All documents was sent. I've sent them e-mails to [email protected] and [email protected] but all are without answers. Live chat can't help.
