Jokerino Casino - Long delayed payment and promises

As the transaction history is not working I can only recall the
Bank withdrawals:
-> 1.000€ (100% sure)
-> 900€ (100% sure)
-> 800€ (pretty sure)
-> 600€ (not sure about amount)

And the 6 days pending SKRILL withdrawl with 850€.

The chat promised me an answer by mail yesterday with a time table but I haven’t got anything. :(

Neither the chat nor the Support is willed to tell me why it takes 5 weeks after approval to get a little win, when they advertise with „1 day payouts“.

I got an helpful update by mail:

Hi,
Due to the changes of PSD2 european bank update it seams some transactions are delayed, but we have the information that latest on Monday it should be fixed.

We‘re moving slowly forward.

A few minutes ago I received a 900€ Bank withdrawal.

Yesterday, the pending 850€ withdrawal was approved. As I don’t got any money by Skrill I guess it should be paid by bank transfer too.

The missing amounts are:
-> 1.000€
-> 850€
-> ~800€
-> ~600€

It would be nice anyway to get an answer.

I hoped for a more specific time table, but I‘m looking forward and I‘m happy that it will be solved soon.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

I honestly don’t know what’s the problem of this casino group and why it has such a good rating here.

I only play at casinos with really short payouts. Jokerino advertise here at Askgamblers with 24 hour payout rates. I‘ve been waiting for my money for 7 weeks now - and only received 1/4 of it yet.

There is no communication about the delay too. I don’t think this casino is pure scam (as I received some money) but we need to come to a solution now.

If they pay me the outstanding amount of ~3.300€ right now during this week, I am willed to offer them 10% of the amount as a service fee for the casino.

And if the whole amount is paid today evening via Skrill as an instant pay, I am willed to offer 20% of the total amount as a service fee to the casino.

The live chat is good and friendly (big assets) but can’t help you with withdrawal problems. But I am glad that „the office“ knows that I am waiting for my money at least. This is positive.

I asked myself (and the support) if today may be the day for my „Jokerino 1 day payouts“. But it seems I have to wait little longer as the 7 weeks until now. 🤷‍♂️

I‘d be interested in an update (and my money) too.

Either the group with 5 casinos here is out of money or not willed to pay winnings. In both cases it shouldn’t have this rating here and should be delisted. 8 weeks waiting for a medium winning when they advertise with 1 day payouts is hard. I‘m curious is other Jokerino players get their money right now.

I made the Support a final offer: If they pay me 2.000€ today via Skrill they can keep the remaining ~1.300€. I‘m curious if they are able and willed to accept.

As I neither received answer or money, I‘m optimistic that I‘ll receive the whole outstanding amount this week. (Jokerino 1 day payout - week 8 and counting).

Seems you need double luck at Jokerinos and the Stage 5 Casinos. First you need the luck to win something - and afterwards you need luck to claim your winnings. 🤷‍♂️

The live chat is really an asset. Fast and friendly answer (they know me well as I mail them every day), but unfortunately with no real help. But I see that at least they are trying to solve the problem.

Another 3 days gone without any sign of my money nor a time table. At least a response would have been nice.

I can hardly understand how I can say this casino earns its 8

Please keep the complaint open until I get my money, as this seems to be my only chance.

Great news. The live chat helped me out :)

I received 500€ of the outstanding amount instant and the promise that I will receive the rest (~2.700) during this week.

Just a reply, that the complaint doesn't expire. As promised by the live chat/office, I should receive the outstanding amount till Saturday.

Till now I haven’t received the outstanding amount, but - as the came up with the agreement and after 10 weeks waiting - I am optimistic that I‘ll get the remaining ~2.700 today. As otherwise the reputation of this casino group should really be questioned.

This is so sad.

Again, they give me a run arround and nobody is willed to tell me why I don't get my little money.

I really beg for your help. Jokerino advertises here with 1 day payouts. I'm waiting over 10 weeks now for my money. The Stage 5 seems to be a big casino group. Finally, they agreed last Saturday that I'll get my money till today - but nothing. The live chat is not able to help and the office ignores me all the time.

I really don't understand why Jokerino is rated here with over 8 stars as "very good". This was the only point I chose to play there. :(

I got an e-mail from the office a few minutes ago:

"Hi,
We sent out the payment via wire transfer and thought it will be in ur account on Friday, therefore it will be on ur account on Monday.
