Hello,
I play at Jokerino Casino for about 2 weeks. The verification process was fast and the first 3 withdrawls were processed during 2 days. That's fine.
The latest withdrawl is now pending for over 1 week without any progress. It's only a small withdrawl about 300€ (Skrill withdrawl). None of my emails were answered, what's causing this delay. I can't add a new withdrawl (300€ again), because there can only be one pending withdrawl at the time.
The chat isn't helpfull either. As I first asked after 2 days, they were helpfull and told me not to worry and it will be processed during 24 hours. Today they're not even answering my chat requests anymore.
As the "Bet history" and "Transfer history" aren't working yet, I feel really nervous to be caught in a sort of a scam.
Would appreciate any help.
