My deposit form 9th of February still not credited

I had made a deposit of 3000 INR on 09th Feb. It was successful and even i had sent proof to casino.

Till date casino says they are checking. I have followed up several times.

They just say they will contact via email.

This is totally unsafe practice and not trustworthy. Hence I wish to take it further.

20000 deposit not yet credited

I have deposited 20000 in 06/06/2024 but not yet credited, I have provided all document but still no update and no improvement. It's a customer harassment so kindly look into the matter so this is a cheating to customer and it should not happen because it loose trust, bank statement and merchant slip,I have provided and I am ready to support.

Deposit not yet credited 49000 INR

I made a deposit of 49000 INR on 5th May 2024 but still, it’s not showing

I raised a complaint to the customer service team and till today they only say the payment team is investigating I don’t know what to do

I emailed them first they never replied when they replied they said the payment team was investigating.

I have submitted all the proof of payment statements they requested and now I am helpless and need assistance.

Account closed without any valid reason

I deposited 32000rs in jackpot guru casino and I won 16000rs. So my total balance is 48000rs.

After I withdraw 48000rs they asked for documents,

I send that document and my account also got verified. Now they closed my account and not giving my money and also not saying the reason.

When I contact them they not replying me properly, if I send one message they will reply after 30 mins.

My 20k deposit is missing from April 13th

I deposited 20,000 rs on April 13 through imps which are yet not credited to my jackpotguru wallet... Even as for proof I have sent 20k transaction screenshot to email at [email protected] twice but still there is no response... Whenever I chat with customer care agent they always say that our payment team is still checking....😔😔😔 why this much time taking casino... Today is 17 April still no response kindly help askgambler.
