I spent so much money in this casino, when i tried to cashout my winning chips,they declined,they said bonus chips are not cashable..Duh!! Everybody knew that, and im not that stupid... i have a cash $100 on my acct which is withdrawable $100 then i decided to play it, till i reach $700 then i stop, but when i tried to cashout all my winning chips they decline it and its all gone.......

Slots of Vegas keeps denying all ways of withdrawal request multiple times always for different reasons

Hello, I have won a large amount of over $6000 dollars. My withdrawal request continuously being denied. Always for a different reason than last time I talked to customer support. This has been going on for over a month almost now. First withdrawal request I did was for bitcoin, customer service representative was telling me everything I needed to do in order to do this withdrawal. I completed all step, received case numbers and went back to live chat and provided case numbers they told me multiple times I provided all information needed and the were escalating it to the correct department. Waited and received denial. Went back and asked live support was it was denied. They said because my last deposit wasn’t a bitcoin deposit so I couldn’t do a withdrawal that way. They did not say this when I first talked to them. Asked another agent they gave me a different reason why. Yes all agents I spoke with said they received all the information needed for this withdrawal but still always had a different reasoning. So then I tried the withdrawal with a wire transfer. First request I did I entered all my information, sent documents of both 2 items they requested. Electric bill and bank statement from may-June which was the newest I had on my banking account with Chase Bank.received the case number from the email response back. When back on to chat with live agent they said everything with both documents were good and they were escalating my case again. Saw it was denied again and asked live agent why. This time they told me that the last agent did escalate my case so the correct department did receive or review my documents that were requested so they couldn’t verify me. But rest assured I was told they now escalated it now and all the documents were still good for my withdrawal just needed to wait for it to get approved within the next 2 weeks. Ok so I waited logged back about 2 weeks ago now and saw it was denied again. So I asked a live agent once again why. This time they told me that my document for my bank statement wasn’t the newest and needed a newer version. So I actually received the newest version on July 13th for period June- July 13th. Sent that document in another email received another case number and asked live agent once again to check if I needed anything else now and they said everything needed it good. So they escalated my case again to a department they said. Saw that wire transfer was denied once again and chatted with live agent yesterday. Asked why it was denied. They said they the 3rd party payer couldn’t validate my bank account because they can’t accept Chase checking account for wire transfers. Which is not correct because they specifically told me at the beginning of all this that Chase was a good bank that they deal with. I asked my bank also and verified they can accept wire transfers for my account and that most likely I was being scammed from not receiving my wire transfer due to a false statement from the issuer or also known as “stalling loop” The agent I chatted with yesterday then told me I had to open another bank account with either Wells Fargo, Bank of America or capital one bank.i would have to have a positive balance of 20 or more for at least a month and then I could start the process all over again when I got my first statement with my new account. The agent then came back and said that I actually had to have a balance of 30 dollars now. Even though before about a month ago they accepted Chase bank and all my information was apparently good to go, so how does it happen now that they don’t accept Chase bank? There is always a different reason for everything as a excuse given from multiple live agents over this whole process now. All I want to do is get my full withdrawal that I am Eligible for in the amount of 6505.65 it is all withdrawal able as I already checked that multiple times because they did take away my bonus money I believe they called it off the top of my winnings after my first attempt to withdrawal. Please help me get my withdrawal as I’m eligible and entitled as I played with my money and won. I do have attachments I will upload from the different chats over the month and also email responses from a live agent not from a automatic reply.

Delayed payments again and violation of terms

I have 8 withdrawals that were submitted on 05/26/26 that total $19,325.00 and have not been paid.

The terms and conditions state that all withdrawals will be approved or denied within 7 business days.

These platforms continue to discriminate against me and violate their own terms and conditions.

Disappearing money

On June 15th at 11:37 pm, I deposited $351 usd with the bonus luckystreak350.

I understand the bonuses and read everything, anything over 3.5k will be non-payable. So I was playing and got up to $7.6k in winnings.

The reversal withdraw kick in as approved and took $3,613.50 same day at 11:48 pm

So that left me with 3.5k of my winnings. I withdrew $2500 and a $1000 one.

They denied it on June 18th, and the manager approved a withdrawal that took my real winnings of 3.5k, and it disappeared and never popped up again. Keep in mind, I had 3 other pending winnings from different deposits and bonuses after. They told me it comes out of that, which is a lie.

I read the reviews on how they do this, but they owe me 3.5k from June 15th winnings.

Worlds Most Frustrating Withdrawal

I’ve been trying to withdraw 2,500 for at least 2 months now. I first tried to withdraw using bitcoin but was denied due to my winnings being won on a debit deposit. Okay, understandable I guess. They only accepted National Banks that accept wire transfers and had a SWIFT code, but I also had to have this account for 30 days and had to have a positive balance. Which of course had to be my own, not joined, account. I did this as well. I submitted all documents just to be told that the bank I sent is not accepted on their end when they have all of the qualifications that were asked for. I even deposited more bitcoin than I deposited through my debit to try and get it eligible to withdraw through bitcoin. Please help!!

Taking really long to get payed

I won total of $7500 in April 2026. So far I been paid $5237. The remaining $2318 has been stretching it out and not paying me. As of today 05/27 I was told to come back on 6/4 to have my $816 withdrawal escalated if not paid by then. And the other $1502 which I requested to be paid on 04/15/26 has not even been approved by the casino.

7 to 10 day have past STILL NO PAYOUT

I made a withdrawal of $1001.00 from Slots Of Vegas online casino, and today is actually the last day of the 7-10 days that they make you wait, after it’s been approved. It was approved on May 4, 2026 and nothing has been deposited into my account. I have made withdrawals with this casino before, but they have never made me wait this long to receive my payout. Yes, in the past, they have made it difficult to receive my withdrawal, but once everything that was needed was submitted, they always sent my withdrawal about 3-4 days after. Not paying out winnings and changing rules

I've been playing for years. And was a VIP member. And it has always been a struggle to get paid on time. Always an excuse & false promises.

In the last two months, I’ve been winning & they all of a sudden said they took my VIP away because I needed to play more. Then my payments were due, and I never saw them.

I kept reaching out and getting run around by different people.

Then they started approving my withdrawals and taking them off my account, but never sending them to my Bitcoin account.

Then they erased all my previous transactions in my profile.

I am owed $5745 and have been told for two months every excuse not to pay it.

Refused to wire winnings to a bank they recommend

They refused to wire it to my main bank, then they recommended another one.. I went through months of back and forth.

They finally received all the docs needed and still denied a wire, so I have over 1200 in winnings I can never withdraw because they won’t wire to the bank they in fact recommended.

The only thing I can do after giving them thousands of dollars is to just play my winnings until they’re exhausted and then close my account.

That’s got to be criminal.

How many bank accounts am I supposed to open? My credit score has gone down because of this, and my card was compromised because of this site.
