Issues with delayed $1,000 cashout

I requested a withdrawal of 1000.00 on February 27th via wire transfer. After 2 1/2 weeks it just recently got approved. I'm 3 weeks in now from the date I requested. I contact chat everyday asking when my money will be deposited and I get the same response every time. Here is the chat convo from today.
