Issue With Withdrawal


About 3 weeks ago I made a deposit using bonus code "BITCOINISBETTER". I played through the playthrough requirements and won a pretty good amount of money dont remember the exact amount. So at this point all of my funds were withdrawable from playing slots only. After playing slots for a few hours I wanted to switch it up and play some table games. But I rememebered when I was reading through the rules on the slots of vegas page I read something about "no play no max bonus" and it said that even after your funds were withdrawable you still couldnt play any excluded games. Well as far as I knew the bonus I used definitely had a playthrough amount it was pretty low but there was one for sure, and no where on the coupon did it say anything about no playthrough but it did say there was no max cashout. So just to be safe and cover myself I checked the excluded games for the bonus I used and it did not say anything about the live dealers just about tournaments( I have attached pictures of the bonus info). So just to be absolutely sure I called the toll free number and spoke with a representative and they said that as long as it was not on the list of blocked or excluded games then I would be fine. Also for the live dealer games you have to actually withdraw funds from your S.O.V account into the live dealer account. So I was absolutely sure that there was no bonus restriction on that. Well the other day I noticed my withdrawls were no longer pending so I assumed that they had been approved. I waited a few days and didnt hear anything or receive any money so I went to my transactions on my account. I see that my withdrawals had been rejected and all of my funds($5934.05) had been withdrawn from my account, no email or call letting me know or any sort of explanation at all. The only reason I found out was because I logged on and went to the transactions. Absolutely furious I got on live chat and asked the representative what was going on with my withdrawals. He says that my withdrawals were rejected due to playing "non allowed games" I asked what he was talking about and he said "live dealer". So if you could please get this squared away for me I would greatly appreciate it. I have been playing at this casino for a long time now and I really like playing here as you can see from all of my deposits so I hope we can get this taken care of in a timely manner as I have already been waiting weeks. The 3 withdrawals equaled to $5934.05. Thanks hope to hear from you soon

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence on behalf Slots of Vegas Casino management in regards of this complaint to confirm and justify the casino actions. The player has transferred funds that she built up while playing aforementioned bonus, to play Live Player Blackjack, and by that act violated bonus term:
All Deposit Bonuses for Slots and Keno with No Restrictions (No Playthrough and No Max Cash-Out) come with our software minimum of 1X Playthough (deposit + bonus amount) before the funds become withdrawable. Even after completion of the playthrough, playing anything other than Slots, Keno, Bingo and/or Scratch Card games will void any and all winnings. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request.

We would like to use this occasion and inform the player that it is extremely important to familiarize yourself with the specific terms and conditions of each and every casino and/or bonus you might be considering accepting.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

I believe you're either not understanding the terms or you're refusing to accept them.

I've attached the actual bonus involved, with the terms as given. I've also forwarded your game logs and your transfers of funds for Live Player Blackjack to AskGamblers as proof.

I'm very sorry for the disappointment, however, it is the player's responsibility to understand the terms and conditions (whether at our casinos or any other) PRIOR to playing. Also, please don't substitute any second-party websites printed terms for that of the actual casino's printed terms and conditions.

Adding to my post up above^^^^^^. Just the other day I made a $30 deposit (same amount that i deposited when I won the money) and used the same exact bonus that I used whenI won the money ("BITCOINISBETTER"). And as you can see from the picture I have attached this is definitely not a "no play bonus". And as I added in my post above^^^ no where does it say anything about "no play" or "no rule" bonus like all of the other ones do. Please read my previous post first. Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
