Tired of being bullied with payments!


Its a shame that I have to come to AskGamblers, every time that I am expecting a payment! It doesn't feel good to know that the great relationship that you think that you are developing with a casino, is only building when you are losing, or winning less than a withdrawal amount! For the life of me, I can't figure out why I have to continue to go through the issues that I am facing! I was very lucky and won another nice amount! My documents were the "so called" reason for all the delays...hogwash! My documents were in place...just conveniently not uploaded. I am sick of being treated as if I am just an unwanted, next in line...annoying customer! I have been beyond cool with all of the shenanigans...but enough! I'm constantly being told conflicting information, and I end of on the short end of the stick...! This experience is supposed to be fun and hopefully rewarding!! We deposit money to hopefully win, after all, that is what your business is about...so when/if, we win, STOP treating us like we have the plague. If we are lucky, you guys cut us off from our bonuses, but continue to send us bonus offers, which is insulting, especially when that bonus offer invites you to do, just what we have done, which is win!!! You represent fairness upon sign up, you talk about payout time frames, which are never adhered to, you even go as far as to offer some of your bonuses with unlimited usages!!! But when someone wins, that welcoming spirit as well as the overwhelming bonus offers, disappear!!!! I can only speak for me, but I don't win every time...I don't expect to, but when I do, I would expect to be treated just a respectfully as I was when I signed up!!!! You guys do have an amazing site, with great chances for someone to have a better life, or to relieve some everyday pressures...Please stop with the side kicks that berate the entire outfit...be fair and consistent...that's all we want! Don't penalize people for winning...encourage them to continue playing!!!

ok now for my issue...
On October 5, 2017 I requested a withdrawal for $2500.00
On October 6, 2017 I requested a withdrawal for $1575.00
Both requests were denied on October 6, 2017, because my documents weren't uploaded

On October 9, 2017 I requested two withdr­awa­ls...$­2500.00 and $1575.00
On October 10, 2017 both withdrawals were denied again, but I was told my documents were in fact in the system and they should have been uploaded

I waited a few days and on October 12, 2017 I requested two withdr­awa­ls...$­2500.00 and $1500.00(I played back $75.00)
On October 13, 2017, yet again, my requests were denied...
I spoke to VIP and they told me that they didn't know why this was taking so long...the documents were there on Oct 6...

I waited a few more days...
on October 17, 2017 I requested two more withdr­awa­ls...$­2500.00 and $1500.00
I have heard NOTHING...WHICH Is strange that now, with everything in place, what was taking one day to act upon (denying my withdrawals), its taking soooooo many days to approve my withdrawals...this is blatant disrespect and the clever game of procrastination that everyone accuses you guys of...

Please stop with the shenanigans...I don't want to play hide and seek, I want you to pay me, just as I deposit with you free and clear of issues!!! Thank you! I appreciate you for being here for me to play, I literally love your staff, I want to have fun and I know it won't always go in my favor, but when it does...lets be fair with one another!!!!

Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
