Help needed with delayed payment


Hi,

I made my initial withdrawal of €800 on May 24 after I had completed their verification process which took a week to complete (longer than their website stipulates). My withdrawal was ‘pending’ for a full week, longer than the 48 hours it says in the terms & conditions. After speaking to their support team the money was cleared on May 31 & should take 2-5 working days to reach my account. It is now June 11 & I’ve received nothing. I’ve spoken to their support team via chat & email numerous times, whilst they are friendly I find their answers to be generic & offer minimal explanation as to what’s causing the delay.

I believe the withdrawal was ‘pending’ for an unreasonable length of time & to make matters worse it now appears that B-Bet is not allowed to operate in Australia. I’m filled with no confidence that I’ll actually recieve my money.

Attached is their correspondence that I should recieve my winnings 2-5 days from May 31.
