I made a withdrawal request of $6000 that got approved on the 23/04/2019 by bank transfer. I was told it could take up to 7 working days to appear in my bank account. I have made withdrawals before and I had no bonus play through or any conditions to worry about. I’ve contacted heavychips to find out why I don’t have my money yet but haven’t been told anything. They have been very unprofessional in the processing of my withdrawal and I feel as I have been kept in the dark. It’s well past the 7 working days I was told would be the timeframe for my funds to reach my bank account.

This complaint has been reopened as per Heavy Chips Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

As seen in the system, funds have been paid to your bank account. Unfortunately sometimes it takes longer to process payments by bank.
