I have been trying to contact heavy chips payments department in regards to a $1000 withdrawal but they have not responded to my numerous emails and attempts through live chat. I have made a withdrawal from heavy chips already so it should be a reasonably fast process to get my money especially since I requested a bitcoin withdrawal. I am more disappointed for the fact I have deposited a lot of money in that casino.
