Have not received my winnings has been over 2 weeks


I have requested a payout for $2,000 on 8/30/2015 been over 2 weeks now and no payment to me for direct deposit. I have tried to contact the financial department via email and live chat and have not gotten a confirmed time-frame. I have emailed all verification requested and received an email stating that they have verified all required information. I was told to contact the financial department. I need a confirmed time-frame and my withdrawal direct deposited what is the holdup.

Ok this complaint can be closed now they will wire me my withdrawals soon.

Vegas casino said they approved my $2,000 withdrawal on September 17 but they did not said when it would be wired and what day I should receive my withdrawal. 8/30/2015 been over 2 weeks now and no payment to me for direct deposit.
