I requested a €500 withdrawal via Bitcoin from Gransino, and it has still not been processed. I’ve contacted their customer support many times, and every time they say: “Finance said you will receive your money today.” But that’s a lie — nothing happens.
It’s been 8 days, and they just keep repeating the same line without giving any real update. The money is still not in my wallet, and they refuse to provide a valid reason for the delay.
This kind of behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. I feel completely ignored and misled. I trusted this platform with my funds, and now they’re not paying out or taking any proper action.
I’m asking AskGamblers to help get my €500 processed and paid out immediately.
