I am writing to express my frustration regarding my pending withdrawal of €1000, which I have been waiting for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I receive the same response — that the payment is “still being processed.”
Emails are not answered anymore.
I am fully verified, and I have successfully received withdrawals from the platform in the past without any issues. This long delay is very concerning and unacceptable.
Please provide me with a clear update on the status of my withdrawal and an exact timeframe for when I can expect the funds.
