I am once again reaching out regarding Gransino Casino. Unfortunately, the same issue I previously encountered has started again.
As of today, I have a total of €500 in withdrawal requests pending, and the status remains stuck at “pending verification”. It has been days without any update or progress. This is becoming a recurring issue and is causing serious concern.
I kindly ask for your assistance in urging Gransino to process my withdrawal requests promptly. I have complied with all their verification requirements, and there is no valid reason for these delays to persist.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
We are the 25, my complaint was up 23h ago, the 24 at evening. I know what im doing and i know if i dont do that i will wait 2 weeks like the previous time and when i asked to AskGamblers for help, my money was here 2h after they told you to give me, today is the 3rd business days of waiting, and nothing happened yet.

We kindly inform you that your pending withdraw was requested on 22nd of July. Please keep in mind that withdrawals take around 3 business days to be completed, starting the next day of the day that you requested your withdrawal.
We kindly request that you remain patient as we endeavor to complete the withdrawals as soon as possible.
