I requested a €200 withdrawal from Gransino and after several days of waiting, they canceled it without any explanation. This happened more than once.
Their support team keeps repeating generic answers and avoids giving any real reason for the cancellation. I followed all rules and did not break any terms.
This behavior is unacceptable. I request that my €200 be paid immediately. If not resolved, I will make this case public and share my experience to protect other players.
